Having non-canon prop items in the foreground of a cosplay is a bit original and uncommon, and I think you've pulled it off well. The blurred lanterns give enough light without removing the focus from the cosplayer - in a way I see this more as an artistic rather than cosplay shot as most of the costume details are not really seen.

Since photographing my team in 2008, you have improved vey much in night photography and the blackness doesn't have the grainy feel of the older shots. The layout and use of alternative light sources here is impressive, so keep up the good work!
